《シンポジウム開催のお知らせ》
「平和を築（つく）る－日本と国連」
Building Peace - Japan and UN
来る２００８年は、ＴＩＣＡＤⅣ、Ｇ８洞爺湖サミットなど、外交上の大きなイベントが目白押しとなります。そのような年の幕開けを飾るイベントとして、１月２４日（木）に、国連平和構築委員会（ＰＢＣ）の議長国を務める日本の外交を紹介するシンポジウム「平和を築（つく）る－日本と国連」を開催致します。本シンポジ ウムには、ＰＢＣの議長を務める高須幸雄国連代表部大使や、キャロライン・マカスキー国連平和構築支援事務局長をはじめ、ＰＢＣの検討対象国であるシエラレオネとブルンジから外相や閣僚級代表など多数のパネリストの参加を得て、平和構築と日本外交について考えて行きたいと思います。皆様ふるってご参加下さい。
