About the Program
Curriculum
All the courses are offered in English. A minimum of 30 credits, 26 credits of the Compulsory Courses and a minimum of 4 credits from the Elective Courses, are required for the graduation. The courses offered are as follows:
- Compulsory courses: 10 courses (26 credits)

c) Communicable disease Outbreak and Response (2)
d) Quality and Safety in Health Services (2)

f) Environmental Security and Energy Security (2)
g) Special Lectures on Human Security A (1)
h) Special Lectures on Human Security B (1)
i) Consumable Resources and Social Conflicts (2)
j) Seminars and Master's thesis*1 (10)
*1 Students must take regular seminars which are
provided by their supervisors, and write and
defend their Master's dissertation in the 2nd
year under their supervisor's instruction.
- Elective courses*2 : 2 courses (4 or more credits)
Subjects of Elective courses : more than 4 credits
*2 Subjects should be selected upon advice from
their supervisor
