      <title>Joint Symposium with United Nations University (UNU-EHS)</title>

We will hold a full day symposium, inviting two experts from United Nations University (UNU-EHS) in Bonn, Germany, addressing the topic including natural hazards safety, vulnerability assessment, and risk management. Students and young researchers from Tohoku University will also talk about Great East Japan Earthquake from their first-hand experience of this historical disaster, reviewing and enlightening it in the perspectives of human security.
